Tara employs a proprietary timeline to allow you and your family to track the progress of your home’s construction. This timeline has been scrutinized and tested to assure that within seven months from the official start date, your home will be complete.
Obviously, Tara cannot be responsible for acts of God, labor and/or transportation strikes or inventory problems with specific manufacturers. Barring these unforeseen circumstances, Tara's Signature Timeline is guaranteed -- and Tara will be responsible for any lodging expenses incurred if you are unable to move into your Tara Designer Home.
